When a customer buys a ticket, the process is designed to be fast and friction-free:
- They open your event link on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop.
- They select a ticket type and quantity, then complete payment through Stripe's secure checkout.
- Immediately after purchase, they receive a confirmation email with a PDF ticket attached.
- At the door, they present the PDF — printed or on their phone.

- Share your event link. Buyers pay online and funds arrive directly in your Stripe account. We charge a 2% platform fee per sale.
Pricing
No setup fees. No monthly subscription. We charge a flat 2% platform fee per ticket sold. Stripe's processing fee (see Stripe pricing) is deducted from each transaction before payout. You keep everything else.
Common questions
Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes — Stripe is how we get money to you directly, without us holding it. Setting up a Stripe account is free and typically takes a few minutes. Once connected, all your ticket revenue goes straight there.
Can I sell different ticket types for the same event?
Yes. You can create as many ticket types as you need — VIP, General Admission, early bird, group tickets — each with its own name, price, and capacity.
What currencies are supported?
EUR, GBP, USD, AUD, and several others. You set your venue currency once and it applies to all events.
What if I need to cancel an event?
You can unpublish an event at any time, which removes it from public view immediately. For refunds to buyers, Stripe's dashboard gives you full control over individual or bulk refunds.
Is there a limit on how many events I can create?
No. Create as many events as you need at no extra cost.
